Rodolphe Roggero



After a PhD in biochemistry on malaria at the CNRS in collaboration with the Connecticut Health Center (US) and a MBA at the IAE in Paris, Rodolphe joined the pharmaceutical industry where he held various marketing and sales positions for over 18 years.

In 2004, Rodolphe took his first steps in the health’s world in Chiesi as Junior Product Manager on the major brand of the French affiliate, before joining Takeda at the end of 2005, where he took over Marketing responsibility for the gastroenterology and neurology franchise on an orphan drug.

A few years later, Rodolphe joined Pfizer where he held, respectively, the positions of Cardiovascular Marketing Manager, District Manager retail and hospital, then Commercial Operations Director and member of the BU leadership team in charge of BI and BMS alliances.

2016 is the year when Rodolphe decided to join Amgen as Business Unit Director with the key mission of building the commercial organization from scratch within the context of the launch of a monoclonal antibody in the cardiovascular space. As a member of the Management Committee, Rodolphe was also in charge of different transformation projects.

In 2022, Rodolphe joined L3S as Partner with the willingness to use his solid experience with pharmaceutical industry to better support clients in the recruitment of Executive positions.
